NOTES FOR REGISTRATION:

One application and deposit per person is required, so couples will need to do an application and deposit for each person and also provide a different email address and different phone number per applicant.
Some updates will be sent via text messaging, so if you want to get the latest news, then provide a cell phone number.
If you complete an application for another person, then the other person must give permission to you to accept all terms on their behalf.
We will try to assign roommates if one is available. If we are unable to assign a roommate or your roommate cancels, then you are subject to the full room rate.

After the waivers are complete, fill out the registration form and submit it to register for the camp. Press submit after completing the application. If you have a successful submission, you will be directed to a page showing your applicaiton has been accepted with a link to pay your fees. If your application has not been successfully submitted, then the required fields will be highlighted in red for you to complete and then re-submit.

I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficient abilities for this program. I consent to allow my picture, or likeness, to appear in any official documentary, sponsor advertisement or exclusive media coverage in any manner incidental to his/her participation in the adult pickleball program, and without compensation to me. I agree to assume all responsibility for all risk, damage, or injury that may occur to me as a participant. I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, Suncoast Pickleball Association, Montreat Conference Center, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officials, and other sponsoring agencies and advertisers used to conduct the event from any and all liability, present, and future, which may arise in conjunction with my participation in this program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy*

Up to 7/16/2023, there is a $100 Cancellation. On or after 7/17/2023 and before 8/1/2023, there is a $500 Cancellation Fee. On or after 8/2/2023 and before or on 8/30/2023, there is a $2,100 Cancellation Fee. On or after 8/31/2023, there is a $4,598 Cancellation Fee,

Covid Waiver*

The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Suncoast Pickleball Association (the "Organization") adheres to comply. I hereby declare the following: I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions for and during my participation in the Montreat Camp, and I recognize that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19. With full knowledge of the risks involved, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge the Organization, the Montreat Conference Center, their respective boards, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all costs, attorneys’ fees, liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity relating to the Montreat Camp that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19 (collectively “Claims”). I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Organization whether a Claim arises before, during, or after participation in or attendance at the Montreat Camp. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all Claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against the Released Parties due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19. I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release and Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; I am aware of the existence of the risks associated with my participation in the Suncoast Pickleball Camp that may cause injury, illness, or death; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in agreeing to it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in agreeing to this Liability Release and Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.

Suncoast Pickleball Association will adhere to all COVID-19 mandates implemented by pending local conditions at the time of the event and at the discretion of the event organizer or governmental agencies. An announcement for updated COVID-19 protocols will be announced 30 days prior to the trip and will be subject to any condition changes.*
