REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

  • Camp #3 - Sept 1-6, 2024 (Advanced Camp)
  • Camp #4 - Sept 8-13, 2024 (Christian Camp)
  • Camp #5 - Sept 15-20, 2024

Registration for September Camps is Monday, March 11, 2024 at 8 am ET

REGISTRATION NOTES:

  • Refresh your browser to clear your cache before filling out the application.
  • DO NOT SUBMIT duplicate registration forms.  Duplicate forms are moved to the bottom of the stack and could hamper your camp reservation.
  • You will not pay after you register. After your application is received and reviewed, you will be sent a link to pay your mandatory $629 per person deposit. After receiving this link, you will have 48 hours to pay. If you do not pay within 48 hours, then you will be moved to the Wait List. If you pay without getting a link, then you will be subject to a 4.5% refund fee.
  • One application and deposit per person is required, so couples will need to do an application and deposit for each person and also provide a different email address and different phone number per applicant.
  • Some updates will be sent via text messaging, so if you want to get the latest news, provide a cell phone number.
  • If you complete an application for another person, then the other person must give permission to you to complete the application and accept all terms on their behalf.
  • Only four (4) commuters will be accepted per camp.  A commuter is considered someone who lives or owns lodging property within 50 miles of Montreat, NC, and will be commuting from their home or owned property to the camp.
  • We will not be assigning roommates at camp. If you are registering for double occupancy, then your roommate must register, too. Otherwise, you will be subject to the Private Room Rate.
  • If you are signed up for Double Occupancy and your roommate cancels, then you are subject to the Private Room Rate.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Please read the DISCLAIMER and agree to the Waivers and Mandates to complete the registration form.
  • Required fields are indicated by * beside the field name
  • Applications completed before the registration open date and time may not be accepted (May Camps – Jan 8, 2024, at 8 am ET and Sept Camps – March 11, 2024, at 8 am ET).
  • Applications with incorrect information will be moved to the bottom of the stack, which could get your application out of order sequence, so be sure your information is correct.
  • DO NOT USE THE COUNTRY CODE when entering your phone number (i.e. +1 for US, etc.). If you do this, then your phone number will be formatted in the system incorrectly and we will not have a good phone number to get in touch with you if needed.
  • If you are a couple an application must be completed for each spouse.
  • If you have a spouse who is attending camp but not participating in training, then you must complete an application on you and your spouse.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ENSURE YOUR APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED:

1. If your application is NOT complete, you will get a notice on the form at the top of the form indicating "There was a problem with your submission.  Please review the fields below."  Review and complete the fields that are highlighted in red, then resubmit your application.  Here is the notice:

2. If your application is complete, submitted, and received then you get a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR REGISTRATION!!! YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED" message on your screen.  Here is the notice:

3. If you do not get the message denoted above, then your application has not been submitted or received and you will need to correct the highlighted fields on your registration form, and then resubmit your registration form.
